How much does it cost?
It depends on your club's size and which parts you'd like. Register your interest and we'll talk it through.
Do members need to download anything?
No. MembersApp runs in the phone's browser and members add it to their home screen, where it opens like any other app. It works on iPhone and Android.
Will it look like our club or like MembersApp?
Like your club. Your crest and colours are on every screen, card and email; MembersApp stays in the background.
Can we try it before opening it to all our members?
Yes. You choose a few testers first, and open it to everyone only when you're happy.
Do we have to use every part?
No. Start with the members' app on its own, or add the tee sheet, online visitor booking, competitions and buggy hire as you need them.
How do members sign in?
With the email address the club already has for them: they're sent a six-digit code, and can then use a PIN, Face ID or fingerprint.
Where is our data kept?
On secure cloud servers, backed up every night, with staff logins and an audit log, and personal data deleted automatically after the retention period you set.
